Summary: Very well maintained property, quiet neighborhood. Close to shopping, beaches and restaurants. My only problem was the TV. We are use to cable TV. We are not technical savvy. Had to add You Tube app (free on Phone) , however other apps had to be purchased. We made due and had a wonderful time otherwise
